So as mentioned in my 2008 post I am planning to drop 45 lbs this year and get myself back into shape. So this little idea sparked my friend Rob to do the same. So we have teamed up, though 1000 odd miles apart, to ensure neither one of us slack off . SO week to week each of us will post to prove we have actually done something. And if we miss it is the sworn duty of the other to do as much shit talking as possible to get the other back in gear. So to start it off here is a base weight.

Jan. 12th 2008- 277
Jan 20th 2008-277….sigh
Jan 27th 2008- yet again 277….the wall has been hit dear friends
